Install the app

To add the app to your Slack workspace, visit PingPong Manager in Slack app store.

After install, each member will need to authenticate against their PingPong account. Follow any of the steps below and you will be prompted to authenticate by the app.

How to post incidents

You can easily post incidents in Slack. In any Slack channel, just type /incident create

A popup form will show. Fill out the form to post the incident.

How to schedule maintenance

Easily schedule maintenance in Slack. To get started type /maintenance create in any channel.

A popup form will show. Once filled with information you can schedule the maintenance.

How to list incidents

You can get a list of live incidents for your team. This list is only visible to you in Slack. Here, you can easily update and resolve live incidents.

How to list scheduled maintenance

You can get a list of upcoming maintenance for your team. This list is only visible to you in Slack. From here, you can easily start and end upcoming maintenance.
